Indian pheasant skewers
Another super simple and super tasty pheasant recipe, as we combine traditional Indian flavours with game meat.

- 4 Pheasant breasts, diced
- 4 tbsp Any Indian masala spice mix
- A good glug of olive oil
- 4 tbsp Lime juice
- Handful of chopped coriander
- 12 Wooden skewers
Soak your wooden skewers for 10 minutes to prevent burning.
Mix all the ingredients, except the coriander, in a bowl and cover with cling film, preferably leave overnight to marinade or a minimum of 30 minutes.
Skewer three pheasant pieces on each skewer and allow three skewers per person.
Grill for three minutes on each side.
Sprinkle with roughly chopped coriander.
Serve with salad, on a flatbread or eat as a great snack.
