Our 40 years’ experience offers the traditional cuts and handmade sausages but also the ability to move with modern day requirements.

Our staff includes Robert who has been with us since starting work as a Saturday boy at the age of 15, Cliff who came to us with 30years experience and finally Kieran who our latest apprentice is doing a day release NVQ at a local college.

Paul and Simon both agree that it great to bring in yet another youngster who can learn their chosen trade in a friendly atmosphere.

Our shop is local in Bull Street, Holt offering a prime location and is no more than a 2 minute walk from any of the neighbouring car parks.
