Master butchers, an award-winning bakery & deli, a qualified chef, we’ve got them all under one roof.

On the High Street in Conwy is where you will find our shop which is looked after by a committed team of people who really care about our company and its customers.

Operations Manager Dave Malloy, a master butcher himself, has been with the shop from the beginning, providing over 30 years of dedication to the shop. He oversees new product development.

Catering Manager Neil Hughes is in charge of all internet sales and will quite possibly be the person to cut your order! Neil has been part of the team for over 25 years.

On the shop floor you’ll find Retail Manager (and also master butcher!) Terry Elliot and Supervisor Nicky Williams (with over 30 years at Edwards between them), who together ensure all our customers are taken good care of when they visit. Our butchers are always on hand to advise on the best cuts of meat or a new recipe, or just come in for a chat with Terry!

Our Bakery Team have won major national awards for their pies (which are all prepared and baked here on site) including Great Taste 2-star gold awards. Why not try one of our award-winning Traditional Pork pies?

Our qualified chef works alongside our butchers and bakery department to develop new ideas and recipes and freshly prepare our Ready Meals (which are available in store) and our daily menu for our hot food counter.

We take pride in the diversity and craftsmanship that comes with an artisanal butchers’ shop like ours. Everything we do is prepared with passion. We know that quality products start quality ingredients, so we source everything locally where possible. We are constantly developing and adding new products to our own range of Pies, Butchery and Delicatessen plus we also stock a range of local cheeses, sauces & snacks. All of our meat and sausages are prepared by qualified and experienced time served butchers.

We do also like to spread the good word (and good food!) of Edwards and get out and about. So as a team we’re actively involved in Food Festivals across North Wales, so you may well catch us at one of these.
