Based in Raglan, Monmouthshire, NS James are one of the oldest independent butchers in Wales.

We supply both the wholesale trade, award winning chefs, local institutions and our all important shop customers.

We are the only butcher in Monmouthshire to achieve the status of Rare Breeds Specialist and the first organisation in Wales to be awarded the designation.

Our Beef, Lamb, Pork and Chicken all come from local farmers and have full traceability.  We also sell seasonal game including venison, partridge, pheasant and duck.
Home cured bacon and cooked meats also available to the highest standard.
