For over 20 years, we have worked closely with our rural communities and neighbouring farms to manage sustainable and healthy populations of deer.

We provide premium products which are carefully selected and then packed for freshness.  We have a full tracability system in place from hillside to plate.

Our products are shipped next day direct to our customers in recyclable cardboard boxes with insulation.  Our cool blocks ensure your cuts are delivered chilled and fresh.
