Bruce Edge and his team are thrilled to announce that they have won the North of England Butcher’s Shop of the Year category at this years’ Butcher’s Shop of the Year Awards 2015 the UK’s premier butchery event that recognises excellence in craft butchery, with the winners entering an exclusive group representing the crème de la crème of British butchery.

They were announced as winners of the category at a prestigious award ceremony to celebrate the best in British butchery that was held in Leeds on 12th November.

After winning the North of England category Bruce and his team were shortlisted into the national final, where representing the North of England they were up against regional winners from the South of England, the Midlands, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland and are very proud to announce that they finished as runner-up for the overall butcher’s shop of the year.
