William Rose Butchers

At William Rose we specialise in bringing our customers premium quality organic and free range meat, poultry and game. We source from suppliers with the highest standards of welfare from across the UK.

Our beef is supplied by Rory MacDuff in the Scottish glens and Suffolk-based Lakenheath, who specialise in pedigree rare breed beef. Also from Suffolk is our free range Blythburgh pork, and organic, free range Sutton Hoo chickens. Also in stock are free range chickens from Fosse Meadow Farm, Robert Caldecott and Norfolk-based Banham. Our organic Pevensey lamb is currently at its best, with Salt Marsh lamb from May. In addition we have a wide range of delicious handmade sausages and burgers, including gluten-free options and a selection of marinated meats for the BBQ or grill. We also prepare a selection of easy-cook stuffed roasts, and will have further seasonal specials in the run up to Christmas.
