Indian pheasant skewers
Another super simple and super tasty pheasant recipe, as we combine traditional Indian flavours with game meat.
Ingredients
- 4 Pheasant breasts, diced
- 4 tbsp Any Indian masala spice mix
- A good glug of olive oil
- 4 tbsp Lime juice
- Handful of chopped coriander
- 12 Wooden skewers
Instructions
- Soak your wooden skewers for 10 minutes to prevent burning.
- Mix all the ingredients, except the coriander, in a bowl and cover with cling film, preferably leave overnight to marinade or a minimum of 30 minutes.
- Skewer three pheasant pieces on each skewer and allow three skewers per person.
- Grill for three minutes on each side.
- Sprinkle with roughly chopped coriander.
- Serve with salad, on a flatbread or eat as a great snack.
