Nominations are now open for the Eat Game Awards 2026, inviting the public to shine a spotlight on the chefs, butchers, retailers, influencers and innovators who are redefining how we eat, cook and enjoy game.
Sponsored by the British Association for Shooting and Conservation (BASC), the awards honour the people and businesses who bring game from field to fork. They shine a light on the craft and creativity behind game cookery, where tradition meets innovation in Britain’s kitchens and restaurants.
Now firmly established as a prestigious event in the food calendar, the Eat Game Awards recognise excellence across eight categories, including a new Rising Star Award for under-21 chefs making their mark in game cookery.
For the first time, the coveted Champion of Champions title will be decided entirely by public vote. Previous winners include Joe Mann, of Queen’s College, Taunton, and chef Rachel Green – champions who have inspired wider audiences to celebrate game. Now it’s your turn to decide who takes the crown in 2026.
Nominations are open until 14 December 2025.
